This Privacy Policy applies when you visit or use our Site and/or use the Services. It also applies where we are in contact with you in other ways, whether in your capacity as an individual or as a director, shareholder, partner, employee, or other representative of a company or other organization that may engage with Delta Security. This Privacy Policy forms an integral part of the terms governing your use of the Site and should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and our Cookie Policy. Where this Privacy Policy refers to laws, such references include applicable Israeli privacy and data protection laws and, where relevant due to your location, other applicable data protection regimes.

3. Your Acknowledgment of this Policy
This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) details how your Personal Information collected through your use of the Site and/or Services is used and processed by Delta Security. BY ENTERING, CONNECTING TO, ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE OR THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE OR HAVE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO BECOME AWARE OF AND AGREE (IN JURISDICTIONS WHERE SUCH CONSENT IS REQUIRED) TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND DELTA SECURITY’S PRACTICES DESCRIBED THEREIN, INCLUDING THE PROCESSING (INCLUDING COLLECTING, USING, DISCLOSING, RETAINING OR DISPOSING) OF YOUR INFORMATION UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS POLICY. 4. Which Information may we collect on our Users?
We collect from Users of our Site and/or Services two types of data and information, namely Non-Personal Information and Personal Information, each as described below.
4.1. Non-Personal Information
The first type is non-identifiable and anonymous information. Non-Personal Information, which being gathered, consists of technical information and behavioral information that does not pertain to a specific identifiable individual (“Non-Personal Information”). You may access, browse and use the Site without disclosing personal information; however, like most websites and online services, we passively collect certain Non-Personal Information from your devices when you access, use and browse the Site, including: (i) technical information such as the type and version of your device and its operating system, the type of browser, screen resolution, device/browser language,connection type, and device identifiers; and (ii) behavioral information which may include the User’s click-stream on the Site, pages viewed, time spent, referral URLs, approximate geolocation (e.g., city level) and additional information of a similar nature (collectively, “Technical and Behavioral Information”). We may also use third-party service providers such as Google Analytics and similar analytics tools to obtain detailed analytics on the device and the User’s behavior on the Site. Such information is typically aggregated and used for improving the Site, monitoring performance and ensuring security. Depending on your interaction with the Site and Services, Personal Information may include:
4.2.1. Personal information provided voluntarily when using the Site and Services.
Contact and Inquiry Details: when you enquire about Services via the Site (e.g., by using a “Contact Us” form, requesting a consultation, or subscribing to updates), we may ask you to provide some or all of the following: full name, organizational role and company name, professional or corporate email address, phone number, country of residence, and a free text message describing your request.
Account/Portal Access (if applicable): if the Site offers account or client-portal access, you may be required to provide an email address and password, and you may optionally provide additional details such as name, phone, and relevant organizational information.
Communications with Delta Security: information you provide to us as part of any communications with Delta Security, by any means, including email correspondence, calls with our team, messaging via integrated CRM forms, or during pre-contract scoping discussions (such information may include your marketing and communication preferences).
4.2.2. Payment.
No online payments are accepted via the Site. Delta Security does not collect or process credit card numbers or other payment instrument information through the Site. All commercial engagements and payment terms are governed by individually signed written agreements, and payments are typically made via bank transfer or other offline method as specified in the applicable Service Agreement. Should Delta Security in the future enable online payments, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly and identify the relevant payment processors and data handling practices. We do not store payment card details.
4.2.3. Personal Information collected via technology.
Geolocation data: while using the Site, we may collect IP addresses and similar information to infer your approximate location for analytics, security, and fraud prevention purposes.
Technical and Behavioral Information: to the extent that the Technical and Behavioral Information detailed above under Section 4.1 can be linked to an identified or identifiable individual, such information will be considered Personal Information and treated accordingly.
Identifiers: we may process certain online identifiers, such as IP address, device identifiers, UserID, or other unique identifiers, for geo-location, analytics, security, and fraud prevention purposes. Authorized third-party service providers may also collect advertising or analytics

Please note: we may cross-reference Personal Information with other Personal Information we have about you, and any Non-Personal Information connected to or associated with any Personal Information shall be deemed as Personal Information as long as such connection exists. 7. Sharing Information with Third Parties
7.1. Delta Security respects your privacy and will not disclose, share, rent, or sell your Personal Information to any third party, other than as permitted under this Privacy Policy.
7.2. In addition to using the information collected by us for the purposes described under Section 6 above, we may also share your information in the following cases:
Delta Security Personnel: Personal Information may be transferred to or accessed by personnel of Delta Security for the purpose of enabling operation of the Site and Services and to contact you, subject to duties of confidentiality.
Group Companies: Personal Information you provide to us may be accessed by members of our group of companies where necessary to fulfill the purposes detailed herein.

8. Payment
Delta Security does not accept online payments via the Site and does not collect payment cardinformation on the Site. All payment arrangements are governed by separate written Service Agreements and are typically executed via bank transfer or other offline method. If, in the future, online payment methods are introduced, we will update this Privacy Policy to identify relevant online payment processors and their privacy practices. Until such time, any section in this Privacy Policy referencing online payment processing shall not apply.

Delta Security will retain Personal Information for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and as long as we are comfortable that it is accurate and can be relied upon.
